Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve been an attractive girl. I went to beauty pageants as a kid and teen. I’ve been approached by numerous headhunters with modeling proposals and other business offerings. Still, I’ve always tried to be a good student and to achieve success in terms of career, which I absolutely managed to do. Maybe that’s where my preferences come from in relation to picking a partner – I always go for the guy who can take care of me both financially and emotionally, which is how I got into sugar dating and became a Sugar Baby. However, EliteMeeting.com didn’t exactly hit the spot for me, which is why I only gave it 2 stars. It is incredibly expensive with no significant benefits to make it worthwhile to pay for it, when there are better options for less or even entirely free.

EliteMeeting.com: Profile Creation

Upon visiting this sugar bowl dating website for the very first time, I immediately noticed that besides having a medium-sized member base, EliteMeeting.com features a few testimonials on its home page from people satisfied with their services. So, I decided to give it a try and sign up for a free Sugar Baby membership.

All it took was for me to enter my email, password, gender, birth date, and cellphone number, which unlike other sites is required, the first thing I really didn’t like, and then it asked if I wanted added to another website, Elite Fling, but did not explain what that site is. I was immediately taken to the next page where I could upload up to three different photos for my profile. Your profile has to have at least one photo to be approved, so you can’t just create a profile and look around. Then, Elite Meeting asks about a Sugar Baby’s relationship interests. I was offered to pick one primary interest and one or more secondary ones, while the website also made an inquiry about my occupation, education, net worth, and income.

The next step took me to a page where I wrote a few lines of text in the “Describe Yourself” box so that only rich Sugar Daddies, who are prepared to take care of a high-standard Sugar Baby, like me, would approach my profile. Finally, I got to the last part of setting up my profile, where I was asked to describe my ideal future partner. Naturally, I checked the “successful male” and “attractive male” boxes, ages from 25 to 70. While details are good to have, the profile creation process for Sugar Babies is pretty long for this site.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Although becoming a member of Elite Access is initially free, there are certain subscription plans that can upgrade your profile but come at an unusually high price for a sugar dating site.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Bronze Membership – lets you see the email addresses of other Basic members, costs either $69.99 for one month plus $69.99 one-time fee or $137.95 for 90 days.
Silver Membership – email access to both Basic and VIP members, costs the same as the Bronze Membership for one month or $197.95 for 3 months.
Gold Membership – provides you with the Total Access Package, meaning you’ll get the Bronze and Silver benefits along with letting free members email and send you messages. It costs $69.99 for 30 days + $128 one-time fee or $247 for 90 days.
Diamond Membership –Total Access Package with Matchmaker Introductions. Everything from previous packages with the added free introductions made by the website’s matchmakers. The price is $69.99 for one month and $328 one-time fee or $497.95 for three months.

No matter which type of subscription a Sugar Baby chooses, it renews automatically every 30 days or 90 days, until you cancel your subscription and become a Basic Member again. This is a pretty expensive site, and I am really turned off by having to pay for free members to contact me. If they can’t afford to pay for a membership, I don’t want them contacting me, anyway.

There also a few more “benefits” provided by each type of membership. For example, all members can use the search tool, create lists of favorites, add friends and send so-called winks to other standard members. Bronze Members can also send and receive emails to standard members and attend special Speed Meeting events hosted by the sugar dating site. However these speed dating events seem to only be located in Los Angeles, so none of that really helps in finding the perfect Sugar Daddy on Elite Meeting unless you are in L.A.

Then, Silver Members can do all that plus sending winks to VIP members and receive and send emails to VIP members, while Gold Members have the added benefit of having non-paying members reply to them and being the first ones to get access to Speed Meeting events at lowered prices.

Finally, a Diamond Member Sugar Baby can do all of the abovementioned along with this stuff:

Matchmaker Introductions
Getting other members’ phone numbers
And getting matched exclusively to VIP members

In any case, no matter which membership you choose, you’re pretty much on the same boat as everyone else on this site – poor service, slow and tedious processing, and so on.

Internal Search Tool

Using the search tool is pretty simple, especially if you have an upgraded membership subscription – then you can use the advanced search option.

You simply input the distance from you, country, state, city, and age of the results you want to see in the basic search tool. On the other hand, the advanced search lets you add more search criteria, like seeing only profiles with photos, picked more than one country and state for the results, and more.

Bottom line, it’s just one big mess that doesn’t really do what it’s supposed to. I actually didn’t get any search results to come up, despite living in a major city. It would seem that this site isn’t as big as it claims.

Conclusion of Review

In all honesty, Elite Meeting is not really a superior dating site in comparison to almost everything I have seen before in the sugar bowl. While the speed dating options are unique, it kind of feels like just another way to get money, when they site is already expensive. Nothing that they offer justifies the extremely high prices for a membership, and most young and pretty Sugar Babies are looking for an older rich man to reduce their bills, not add to them. I’m pretty sure a lot of improvements could be made to it, but until that happens, I’ll be looking for my next rich Sugar Daddy elsewhere.
